Our Mission and Purpose

At  Mauston Methodist Church our Missions Team is dedicated to fostering positive change by supporting a variety of impactful projects including the by-annual Rummage Sale. Our mission is to channel the proceeds from our sales into initiatives that uplift communities, provide essential resources, and offer hope to those in need. By participating in the sale, you contribute to a legacy of compassion and service, helping us reach out to local families, national causes, and international missions.

Local Projects We Support

DHS Partnership

Collaborating with local agencies to provide essential support and resources for families in need.

Kids4Keeps

Helping families stay together by offering necessary items and support for children.

Foster Care Support

Providing comfort and essentials for children entering foster care, ensuring a smoother transition.

Angel Tree

Spreading holiday cheer by delivering Christmas presents to children with incarcerated parents.

Ringing Bells for Salvation Army

Raising funds to support local initiatives and services through the Salvation Army.

Work Camp for Wisconsin Dells Christian Campground

Supporting the maintenance and development of a local campground for community enrichment.

Monetary Support for Kairos Outside Program

Funding a prison ministry that extends care and support to families affected by incarceration.

Monetary Support for Mauston Food Sharing Pantry

Contributing to the local food pantry to ensure no family goes hungry in our community.

National Projects Supported by Our Rummage Sale

Our mission trip to Nome, Alaska, allows us to engage directly with communities, offering assistance and building lasting relationships.

Our national projects aim to make a significant impact across the country. By creating plarn mats, we provide comfort and support to those in need through the Orphan Grain Train.

International Projects with Global Reach

By supporting Goshen Blessings, we ensure educational opportunities for orphaned children in Uganda.

The Fond Blanc Orphanage in Haiti receives our assistance to provide a nurturing environment for children.

Our contributions to Thailand Now Ministry help foster community growth and spiritual development.

Through Operation Christmas Child, we bring joy and hope to children worldwide with thoughtful gifts.

Our support for the Aworowa Medical Center and Orphanage in Ghana ensures healthcare and shelter for those in need.

Empowering women in Uganda, the Busia Hair School provides skills and opportunities for a brighter future.

The Gros-Morne Sewing School in Haiti empowers individuals with skills to build sustainable livelihoods.
